1. Return and Exchange Conditions
Customers should check the condition of the goods and may exchange/return them immediately upon delivery/receipt in the following cases:
The goods do not match the type or model specified in the order or as shown on the website at the time of ordering.
The quantity is insufficient or the set is incomplete as specified in the order.
2. Regulations on Notification and Return/Exchange Timeframe
Notification timeframe: Within 24 hours of receiving the product for missing items, incorrect models, or defects.
Return/Exchange timeframe: Within 1-2 days for products within Khanh Hoa province, and 3-4 days for products outside Khanh Hoa province from the date of receipt.
Return/Exchange Location: Customers can bring the goods directly to our office/store or send them via postal service.
3. Feedback/complaint regarding product quality

4. Product return
In case of product return, within 1-4 days from the time of receiving the returned goods from the customer, HighLand Natural Joint Stock Company is responsible for calling to confirm and refunding the amount paid to the customer via the bank account provided by the customer or exchanging the goods for the customer.
